The turning shop Eredi Baitelli has offered professional trainings for its staff also this year.
We have trained new professionals for the quality control of our screw-machine parts and held a workshop on the correct use of the forklift. Five new people have received training in terms of safety under high risk circumstances and two employees have been updated on the use of advanced Category 3 Personal Protective Equipment.
New internal trainings have been established and completed in order to prepare our emergency team and illustrate procedures and promptly efficient operational measures in response to the COVID-19 epidemic.
One new person has received training on providing First Aid and an update in terms of fire protection regulations and procedures. The Workers’ Representative for Security (RLS) has completed the usual refreshment course.
Two staff members have successfully completed the training course on how to program and use a CNC machine and an internal workshop about lathe equipping has further enhanced the performance and professional resources of our company.
