Since the start of the COVID-19 sanitary emergency, Eredi Baitelli S.p.A. has continued to operate under full safety. Every necessary and useful action to prevent whatever risk for our staff has been evaluated and adopted in conjunction with the Prevention and Protection Service Managers (RSPP) of our facilities in Erbusco and Rovato and the Workers’ Representative for Security (RLS).
Our prevention measures require utmost discipline with regard to company meetings in order to limit the access of external people to our premises. Visitors are accommodated in a special external waiting area and the personnel in charge are provided with individual protective equipment of at least type FFP2.
All our spaces (waiting areas, offices and the workshop) have been equipped with hand-sanitizers and rules of hygiene and conduct have been established and are posted on the notice board. Whoever shows flu-like symptoms is required to refrain from coming to work and shall promptly notify the company about their state of health.
All our employees and all visitors are subject to thermal temperature scanning at the entrance and people from external companies must wear protective face masks during their whole stay in the company. The access to the loading and unloading area of our warehouse is regulated and permitted only until 5pm.
Furthermore we have introduced home office solutions and extended them to the office staff as much as possible.
In addition to these rules of conduct, our offices, washrooms, changing rooms and keyboards are cleaned and sanitized daily and we also perform a certified overall sanitation of our offices and workshops at regular intervals.
