The assembly of our new MORY-SAY lathe continues seamlessly. This machine will further enhance our machine park, which has always included numerous brands of the TAJMAC group.
Already in June, we have planned specific trainings for our machine-setting staff. The refresher and specialization course will deal with the ISO language, already known to our operators, on the Siemens platform and with a particular focus on the peculiarities of this model.
The workshop will include tooling tests to better understand the movement of the axes and illustrate which equipment should be mounted and used for the different alloys and processes. Depending on the employed tooling, it will be possible to perform frontal, internal and radial operations as well as drilling, boring, milling and threading processes - quickly and without changing machines.
The requirement in series production to maintain extremely high levels of both efficiency and precision drives us to constantly modernize and expand our equipment. Our new machine responds to the permanent need to keep the production cycle as lean and continuous as possible.
