Reaching our eightieth year pushed us to look beyond the present, toward those who will come after us. From this came an initiative created for the children of the people who shape our company every day.
The five values we identify with, Commitment, Responsibility, Participation, Continuity, and Trust, are the same ones we chose to recognize in our people through a dedicated awards ceremony. They are not abstract words: they live in everyday actions, in difficult choices, in the steady presence of those who work with us. This is why we decided to pass them on to the next generation as well, in the simplest and most direct way, through play.
We turned the five values into as many characters, gathered around Baitello the little lion and his small friends. We gave every family a dedicated kit: a coloring book and a Memory game with 26 tiles, built around the five characters. A language made of colors and figures, able to speak to the youngest about what truly matters to us.
We believe a legacy is measured not only in skills and technologies, but also in the values we choose to safeguard and hand down. Passing them on to our heirs, inside and outside the company, is how we imagine continuing to make a difference, one generation after another.
