Ethics and workplace safety: training as shared practice

At Eredi Baitelli, workplace health and safety is not a separate chapter: it is a way of being present in the company, a shared responsibility that runs through the work on the shop floor, the relationships between people and the way we face problems. Within this framework, the mandatory training required by regulation becomes more than a compliance exercise: it is the space where we stop, together, to review company events, read what happens on the ground with a critical eye and shape the improvement actions that follow.

This is how classroom hours translate into tangible outcomes beyond the classroom: greater awareness of risks, more attentive behaviours, an ongoing dialogue between colleagues and managers on how to protect people, the working environment and the company system as a whole.
